Microgreen CSA-SOLD OUT!

We'd love for you to join our CSA this spring for twelve weeks of Four Patch Farm Micro Greens!

Each week we will seed, tend, harvest, wash and package a few different varieties especially for you.

Our micro greens are greenhouse grown here on the farm in Kittery. We use certified organic Vermont Compost, fresh air, sunshine and lots of love and care to offer you the freshest greens possible.

Not only are micro greens beautiful and delicious, they are also nutrient powerhouses that hold significantly higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than full grown greens. Research has shown that they may deliver up to forty times the nutrients as compared to their fully mature counterparts!

Potential health benefits of consuming micro greens include supporting immune function and the gut microbiome as well as helping to reduce inflammation.

We can make it easy for you to incorporate them in your diet!

Our micros are freshly cut and washed and ready for use.

Sprinkle them on salads, sandwiches, soups, pizza or pasta dishes.

Simply toss a handful on your eggs or blend some into your morning smoothie to get your day off to a healthier start!

CSA pick ups will be available on Saturday mornings April through June.
